One Voice, One Vision: A Society for All Genders

This entails acknowledging and addressing the difficulties faced by marginalised genders as well as removing obstacles that prevent women from participating fully in leadership, education, and decision-making. 

It will take persistent lobbying, legislative improvements, and cultural transformations that combat prejudice and preconceptions to achieve gender equality. 

We can create a culture that celebrates variety and gives everyone an equal opportunity to achieve by banding together, helping one another, and cultivating an atmosphere of respect and justice.

I learned a lot about myself. The most important lesson was testing and finding my personal limitations, mentally and physically, and accepting them. As a student, the kinds of challenges I face when it comes to studying is burn out. The pressure to succeed academically can lead to stress and burnout, affecting both mental and physical health The biggest challenges for me are motivation and interest losing. I don't know but motivation and interest are the main part for me. So no matter what, I'm trying my lessons to be somewhat interesting and I'm motivating myself however I can. I am Alesha Victoria P. Dagdag, the eldest daughter of Mr. Lei yo Dagdag and Mrs. Nancy Parel. I have a younger brother. I am 15yrs old, born on february 4, 2009. Living in Brgy. 1, Vigan City. A grade-10 student, studying in Ilocos Sur National High School (ISNHS).  If you will get to know me more, you will see that I am friendly, moody, crybaby, and a shy person when I'm with people I just met. I'm also a understanding person who always care about peoples feelings and never invalidate their feelings. My hobby also is playing online games, doing craft, reading, and collecting books.  My Future Plan is I want to graduate Junior High School so that I can get the strand STEM in Senior High School to get the course Dentistry or Psychology in college.
